Our group is focused on creating a premier organizational culture, founded on the basis of employee development and engagement. Meet the Team

  • Andrew Matheson

    GENERAL MANAGER

    The founder and General Manager of Critical Mass Consulting, Andrew built the company centered around Core Values he believes in. As a Senior Consultant , Andrew brings a wealth of experience to multiple client projects as he manages CMC. As the General Manager of CMC, Andrew participates in all internal teams within the company to ensure the company continues to thrive. He loves to play music no matter how it sounds, stares at his bicycles longingly, and will happily watch basketball and football all day if he can.

    Fun fact: Andrew is a SoCal kid at heart with a strong passion for New England sports teams.

  • Randall Hartley

    SENIOR CONSULTANT

    A long time member of Critical Mass Consulting, Randy has worn a myriad of hats since joining in 2019. As a Senior Consultant with decades of experience in the life sciences industry, Randy has managed various projects across several client sites in different sectors. Internally, Randy currently serves as the head of the Sales and Recruiting divisions, helping grow the business through both facets using his vast experience. In his time off Randy enjoys reading to continue learning new things, backpacking through the wilderness and riding his sweet motorcycle.

    Fun fact: Randy served as a Special Forces commander for many years.

  • Johnny Honea

    CONSULTANT

    Johnny has been a valuable member of the Critical Mass Consulting team since 2021. As a Consultant in different Project Management roles, he’s used a calm approach to effectively manage and complete projects at multiple client sites. Internally, Johnny has led recruiting efforts within CMC and supports operations across the company. When he isn't working, Johnny enjoys powerlifting with his massive gains, sinking hours into 4X games, and studying medicine.

    Fun fact: Johnny and his wife used to rescue and rehome dogs on shelter euthanasia lists. They once transplanted a chihuahua from San Diego to a happy home in Florida.

  • Amrit Parada

    CONSULTANT

    As hard-working as he is effervescent, Amrit has dedicated many hours growing Critical Mass Consulting since 2021. As a Consultant working in the Quality Compliance realm, he’s used a detail-oriented mindset to effectively conduct dozens of Quality Investigations. A dynamic member of several teams, Amrit has worn many hats in his time at CMC, from leading college recruiting efforts to running the weekly operations of the company. In his time off, you can catch him dancing at a concert, cheffing up a new meal, or cruising through SF on an e-bike.

    Fun Fact: Amrit has grapheme-color synesthesia, so he perceives and associates numerals and letters to specific colors.

  • Autumn Lee

    CONSULTANT

    Autumn has been a valuable member of the CMC team since joining in 2022 bringing expertise in project planning and marketing strategy. As a consultant deployed on decommissioning projects, she leverages her strong interpersonal communication skills and team lead experience to push projects forward. Internally, Autumn built and leads the CMC Marketing team. Autumn also leads the Critical Path volunteer program at Critical Mass, paving the way for the next generation of Biotechnology industry leaders. In her free time, she enjoys playing the alto saxophone, hiking and watching foreign films.

    Fun Fact: Autumn can write backwards

  • Jacob Leroux

    CONSULTANT

    Jacob has been a valuable member of Critical Mass Consulting since 2022. As a consultant on validation and decommissioning projects, he brings creative problem solving and an operational mindset to every project he works on. In addition to his work with clients, Jacob is also heavily involved in Sales and Marketing initiatives within CMC. These roles allow him to put his past experience in product and strategy to the test, as well as test out new organizational methods for the company to use. When he isn't working, Jacob enjoys bouldering, attending music festivals, and trying new restaurants in the Bay Area.

    Fun Fact: Jacob is training for a triathlon relay.

  • Kenneth Mao

    CONSULTANT

    Kenneth has been a valuable addition to the Critical Mass Consulting team since 2023. As a consultant with experience as a plant engineer and decommissioning projects, he utilizes his time management skill to efficiently complete all projects with outstanding quality and within the designated timelines. Kenneth is also getting involved with the CMC Marketing team. In his free time, Kenneth enjoys exploring new restaurants, playing Forza Horizon, and cooking for friends and family.

    Fun Fact: Kenneth can speak 4 languages, Mandarin, Cantonese, English, and Spanish.

  • Adam Derahkhshan

    CONSULTANT

    Adam Derakhshan has been a valuable member of the Critical Mass Consulting (CMC) team since early 2023. As a Life Sciences Consultant working on projects in Southern California, he brings his diverse expertise and skills to every project he works on. In addition to his work with clients, Adam is also involved in roles on internal teams at CMC, where he contributes to different components of the business. When he isn't working, Adam enjoys collecting and playing his vinyl records, hiking around California, and skateboarding.

    Fun fact: Adam’s favorite foods are Asian and Mediterranean, and has a 9-year-old Shih Tzu named Teduardo whom he loves very much.

  • Cynthia Garcia

    CONSULTANT

    Cynthia has been a valuable member of Critical Mass Consulting since joining in 2024. As a technical consultant with a background in quality systems and process engineering, she utilizes her expertise to efficiently execute and manage projects. Alongside client work, Cynthia engages in the Sales and Marketing of CMC in support of continuing the company growth. In Cynthia's free time, she enjoys weightlifting, spending time with her dog, and growing her plant collection.

    Fun Fact: She taught Charlie Sheen's sons how to code.
